丑丑是一只常驻于此的公狗。
在这个世界上，丑丑最喜欢做三件事：打架、吃剩菜，还有就是我们将要说到的——爱。
这几件事交织在一起，再加上丑丑常年在外流浪，极大地影响了他的生活。
从头说起吧，他只有一只眼睛，剩下的那只也只是一个黑洞洞了，耳朵也只剩下一只了。
他的左腿看起来曾经严重扭伤过，虽然现在已经痊愈了，但是走起来还是很不自然，好像在转弯。
他的尾巴早就不见了，只留下一个残根，还不停地扭动着。
丑丑本来是一只有着黑灰色斑纹的小狗——除了他的头顶、脖子，甚至肩上都有着厚厚的、黄色的疤痕。
人们看见丑丑都会有同样的反应：“那真是一只丑陋的狗啊！”
所有的孩子都被警告不要去摸他，大人们总是朝他扔石头、用水浇他，当他试图进入他们的房子的时候就用水冲他，如果他不离开，就把他的爪子挤在门缝里。
丑丑总是做出同样的反应：如果你打开水龙头用水冲他，他就会一动不动地站在那里，浑身上下湿漉漉的，直到你放弃。
如果你朝他扔东西，他就会蜷缩着他那瘦长的身体趴在那里，没有丝毫反抗。
